Growing up with parents and grandparents from New Orleans, Rica  immediately took to imitating her family in learning about spices, seafood, and the authenticity of keeping Creole food, traditional. Spending her childhood on the beaches of Los Angeles and Koreatown, Rica has been able to mix and mingle with friends of different cultures, which in turn, has broadened her flavor and cooking palette. When we say "broadening", we mean what California is known for.. cannabis. There are a couple of Asian fusion dishes on the menu, from her K-Town upbringing, along with foods that are infused with CBD and THC.

For years, when any friends or family were in town, Rica's home was, and still is, the first and last stop for something hearty, tasty, and soulful.
